Food for Thought: Pre-Order for Easy Planning
Beverages are included with your reservations. But if you want to level-up your drink game, you can choose one of our drink package upgrades. Cheers!
Are we required to order catering in advance?
Yes, our catering partner needs advance notice of 72 hours for your order, to prepare everything for your reservation.
Can we bring our own food, or have something delivered?
Yes! Bring something from home or grab some food from your favorite local spot and make it feel like home.
But, please note: we are unable to accept deliveries on behalf of guests.
Why? In addition to being unable to hold food on your behalf safely, we also cannot sign your delivery receipts.
Because of this, please schedule all deliveries to arrive during your reservation, not before. Deliveries that arrive before someone from your group arrives to accept it will be asked to wait or return with your delivery at a later time.
You will be able to access your room up to 10 minutes before the start of your reservation to help accommodate any setup that is needed.
Are there rules for 3rd party food delivery or catering?
Yes, we have guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for any 3rd party food deliveries or caterers at Game Night Out. If you can’t follow these guidelines, please consider using one of our amazing catering partners, as these guidelines won’t apply to them!

No outside beverages are allowed. All drinks must be ordered through Game Night Out.

Delivery or drop-off catering only. Full-service catering, bartenders, or servers are not permitted.

Catering set up must be done by the caterer upon arrival. Our team is unable to assist with set up.

Delivery timing: Schedule all deliveries no earlier than 10 minutes before your reservation starts. The room won’t be available for deliveries or guests before this time, so we recommend setting deliveries for your start time.

Receiving deliveries: Game Night Out staff cannot accept or store deliveries for you. Please have someone from your group present to receive your delivery.

Disposable catering equipment only: All catering items will be disposed of immediately after the reservation. There’s no time for caterers to return for non-disposable equipment.

Our extensive beverage menu offers something for everyone, from wine, beer and cocktails to non-alcoholic drinks. Pre-order your first round of drinks to have them in your private room’s fridge, waiting for your arrival!
Will drinks be ready when we arrive?
Every Game Night Out reservation includes a selection of house beverages stocked in your room’s fridge before your group arrives, so guests can grab something right away and jump into the fun.
Many groups choose to upgrade to our Classic or Select Beverage Packages to unlock even more options for their guests.
Can guests order drinks individually?
Every Game Night Out reservation already includes a selection of drinks for your group. After all, what good house party doesn’t have something cold in the fridge when guests arrive?
Many groups choose to upgrade to either our Classic or Select Beverage Package to unlock even more options for their guests. This way everyone can simply enjoy what they like throughout the event without you having to decide specific drinks ahead of time.
However, if you have a guest with a specific preference, additional drinks from our menus can also be purchased onsite à la carte (by the bottle or 4-pack), subject to availability. Pricing for these items is available onsite, and our team is always happy to help if you’d like more details ahead of your event.
Do we need to choose our drinks ahead of time?
Not at all! Your room will already be stocked with a selection of beverages from your chosen beverage package when you arrive.
If your group would like something restocked or wants to try a different item from your beverage menu, simply ask and our team will happily bring it out for you.
If you have specific preferences, just let our team know when you arrive and they’ll take care of it right away.
Can we bring our own beverages?
BYOB is NOT permitted.
All reservations now include a house beverage package that include a selection of beverages for all to enjoy! You can also level up your drinks by purchasing one of our upgraded beverage package upgrades.
